PROJECT STATEMENT: After the success of our work for Jim Glover Chevrolet in both Lawton and Tulsa, Classic Chevrolet – Owasso asked us to remodel their dealership to fall in line with new corporate standards. Little changed since the 1980s, the existing dealership featured a small showroom, outdated and non-compliant restrooms and customer spaces, small, poorly lit offices, and a general lack of meeting areas. Our designs took a dark, obsolete facility and turned it into a fresh, exciting place. We expanded the showroom to more than 2,000 square feet while maintaining the building’s existing footprint. Our design added second-floor space to provide executive offices for the owner and general manager, accounting offices, and a large conference room with windows overlooking the car lot. The customer spaces were re-configured to comply with new regulations, codes, and GM standards. “Classic loved the finishes and improvements,” said David Reed. “We ended up doing three more projects for that client!”
