“Her passion for design and great attitude are a fantastic fit”

SAPULPA, OK (Feb. 2, 2021) – Reed Architecture and Interiors has hired interior designer Nicollette West, NCIDQ, IIDA.

“We are very excited to welcome Nicollette to our team,” said Reed Architecture principal and founder David Reed, AIA. “Her passion for design and great attitude are a fantastic fit.”

West, a 2016 graduate of Missouri State University in Springfield, Mo., earned her National Council for Interior Design Qualification Certification last year. Reed Architecture’s growing expertise in athletic, religious, and school projects drew her to the downtown Sapulpa firm.

“I was looking for a new opportunity to design things I enjoy,” said West. “I would like to focus on projects in the education or religious field.”

West developed her interior design interests as a child.

“My dad built houses when I was growing up, so I was always around the construction industry,” said West. “I used to go to job sites with him in the summer.”

She started her career path taking design courses at Truman High School in Independence, MO.

In addition to her Reed Architecture work, West participates in the International Interior Design Association, the IIDA Tulsa City Center Council, and the Gamma Phi Beta Tulsa Alumnae chapter. In their free time, Nicollette and her husband Andrew enjoy outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, and walking their dog.

“We like to get outside as much as we can,” she said. “We love to hike and play pickleball!”
