PROJECT STATEMENT: The Y at East Central operates in its own dedicated space on the west side of Tulsa Public School’s East Central High School arena. The Y includes exercise, yoga, weight, training, and locker rooms, plus a childcare area and offices. The Y also shares spaces with East Central, including the arena’s auxiliary gym and elevated running track. This facility shines as a great example of partnership between the YMCA of Greater Tulsa and Tulsa Public Schools, sharing resources to improve the lives of students, teachers, and the community.
